We can ship our products to the outside of Japan. Honeydolls have been already sent to around the world. We hope that a lot of countries will come to know Japanese technology.

Is it possible to designate the office to keep a product?

If you request us to store our product at an office, we will deal with it. You can select an office convenient for you after consulting with us.

Is it possible to buy only the body part after purchasing the head part only?

After you have purchased the head part only in your first order, you can buy the body part only. Please inform us when ordering. The price of the body part only is 588,000 yen (tax included).

How long do I have to wait for delivery?

Honeydolls are custom-made products. So, it takes about 10 to 30 days to deliver your doll after the confirmation of your payment. As soon as we have completed your doll, we will inform you of possible delivery dates by email.

Is it possible to specify the shipping date and time?

As soon as we have completed your doll, we will inform you of possible delivery dates by email. We will ask which date will be convenient for you.

Is it okay to warm up the doll?

Styrene, which is thermoplastic resin (that melts due to heat; meanwhile, silicone is thermosetting resin that hardens due to heat), has an extremely high melting point, and so you can warm up your doll. However, please do not heat up your doll excessively, which may cause burn injury.

Is it possible to make the doll contact with another company's silicone body?

It is, of course, okay to make the styrene resin head Honey Flavor contact with the silicone body. Styrene does not react with silicone.

Is it possible to mount a commercially available hole?

The mouth hole part is a non-through type, and is integrated with the head part, and so it is impossible to attach a commercially available hole. Please use the already-installed one with the gel of the standard accessory. Its countless tiny projections and the well-researched mouth size allow you to enjoy the senses of inserting and of being vacuumed.

How should I clean the doll after use?

After use, please wash your doll with a neutral detergent. After washing, wipe your doll lightly. The doll will be dried naturally. If you want to sterilize your doll, use dehydrated alcohol.

How soft is the mouth part?

As you can realize the softness by touching it, the texture of the mouth part has the softness near to that of the lip or cheek of a real human being. Even if you put your fingers in the mouth part and pull it forcibly, the mouth part will not be ruptured. The mouth part is made of the material that can tolerate your hard motion.

Is it possible to bathe the doll in hot water?

Basically, bathing is possible (but we recommend you to avoid bathing the head part). However, do not bathe your doll while its head part has the voice function. This part is an electronic device, and so there is a high possibility that this part will break down if bathed. The voice function is removable. Please check whether the water content has been fully dried, before you reattach the voice function.

Is oral sex possible?

The Honey Flavor-type head part enables you to do oral sex. We have developed the head part made of styrene, a new splinter-free material. We made it possible to do oral sex while keeping the beauty of the face design. The new material has much higher tear resistance than the conventional silicone, and so the mouth part will not tear readily. As of now, Aki and Saori accept oral sex.

Does the doll emit voice?

Your doll can emit her voice. You can select the voice function as an option. The realistic countenance and your favorite voice will stir your imagination. When you squeeze the breasts, the sensor will react and your doll will emit voice. This is an epoch-making system. For more information on the voice function, click here.

Is it possible to alter the voice?

An SD memory card is inserted into the voice function device installed in the head part. You can compile your favorite voice and sound by yourself, and download them into an SD memory card. The manual for the voice function, in which the method for downloading, etc. are written, will be sent to you with our product. For details about the voice function, click here.

About maintenance and repair methods

How to store the doll?

When you store your doll for a long time, we recommend you to store the doll in a natural sleep posture. By doing so, you can reduce the burden to silicone, and prevent wrinkles and rupture on the doll.

What should I do, if the doll breaks down?

If the silicone has some damage or rupture, it is possible to repair them with reference to the separately-sold "Repair Kit with Manual (4,200 yen; tax included)." If repair is too difficult, our company can repair your doll, which is non-free service.
