Features of the new repair kit, 'Silicone 7'

We would like to introduce a new repair kit for the silicone love doll which HONEYDOLLS have recently-developed. This new type of repair kit has a strong adhesive force, and the color of the repaired part won’t be changed by aged deterioration.

Completely different from the former Liquid Sealant repair kit

HONEYDOLLS’ new repair kit (adhesion bond) made from addition reaction type silicone is completely different from the liquid sealant which is made from condensation reaction type silicone. This new repair kit can be purchased “ONLY” from HONEYDOLLS. Major characteristics　are as follow.

  • The color of the repaired part won’t be changed by aged deterioration.
  • The stretching strength of the new adhesion bond is much higher than that of liquid sealant. Secondary tear won’t be easily happened.
  • Adhesive strength is amazingly high.
  • "silicone 7" can be used for any repairing of silicon body made from addition reaction type silicone.

Silicone A, silicone B, colorant, paper palette、pallet and instruction manual are included in the repair kit. We recommend that you use the colorant included in the repair kit.

Two-component addition reaction type silicone adhesive

Two types of silicone included in the repair kit must be mixed together to create an addition reaction type silicone adhesive. As it is shown in the images below, please mix silicone A and silicone B in a prescribed percentage and add the colorant little by little to get the same color as the repairing part.

When mixing silicone A and silicone B, a chemical reaction will be initiated. The mixed silicone liquid will be cured slowly.

This repair kit can be used only for figures made from addition reaction type silicone. Please confirm whether your love doll is made from addition reaction type silicone when using this new repair kit.All HONEYDOLLS’ bodies are made from addition reaction type silicone. However only the HoneyFlavor type head is made from other than silicone, this repair kit cannot be used.

When repairing the part which has been repaired by liquid sealant in the past, please start repairing with this new repair kit after cleaning the liquid sealant completely.

Mix Silicon A and Silicon B in the prescribed percentage by using weigh scale.

We have changed the color of the silicone adhesive compared to the repairing part to get the image of the repaired part.

Keep the repaired part calm after repairing

It depends on the season to get the repaired part cured completely. It cures fast in the hot season.　Please keep the repaired part calm at least 12 hours.
